Go out 220degrees from the steps 200 yds and you should be lined up with the center of the brown house, also due north is the tower on Laguna Hotel. Strange but get a compass heading at the middle of the brown house, mark it drop down and it between 40 and 50 ft depends on the tide. And follow that heading.
