Retired Army, wife active Army, three of my five sons are divers. NAUI (Formerly YMCA) Instructor in Lawton, OK. Presently teach SCUBA at Cameron University, Lawton, Oklahoma, and am Faculty Advisor of Cameron Universtiy Dive Club; member, Institute of Nautical Archeology, Texas A & M University, Galveston. Formerly owned/operated Treasure Cove SCUBA, Hitchcock, Texas, just across the Causeway from Galveston.

The dive shop I work for, Dive Pros, Lawton, OK does some great training at all levels and takes trips all over the world. If you love diving like I do, come visit us!

UPDATE: Wife reassigned to Fort Knox, KY. Don’t have much time or any good close places to dive, but we’ll get back to it.

Dave54914 - 7/01/2013 1:38 PM Just completed two weeks at Texas A&M Galveston as an Intern (Counselor) for Sea Camp. Got 30 credit hours in Oceanography & Nautical Archaeology and 30 Gifted & Talented credit hours in Marine Science Research. Incredible instructors and a fantastic program - learned so many new things! Am working on a cooperative effort which will allow our divers to join with Texas A&M divers and, once qualified, work on projects with TAMUG, NOAA and many more. Hope to expand the Cameron University Dive Program & Club with many new aspects!
