Hey, My name is Ty.

I’m an SSI Instructor in Pensacola. Been diving about 14 years. I love meeting new divers because we already have something in common. I’m not into politics! I’m not concerned with what agency you are certified with or what dive shop you like or don’t like. I just want to go diving and have fun.

I enjoy every kind of diving: photography, videography, spearfishing, deep trimix diving, night diving, shore dives, boat dives, freshwater springs, jetties, wrecks.....whatever. I just love it. Mostly I’m working on the Wet Dream, a 50ft dive boat. Either doing checkout dives with students, deckhand, divemaster. So, it’s always nice to get out and do some "non-working" dives.

oceanfloor - 8/27/2013 5:38 PM Hi Ty! Thanks for your kind words. It’s hard to hold down the enthusiasm when I’m talking about diving. I’m finally diving those Florida oceans. I’ll be traveling to Key Largo with a group in September. They have scheduled morning dives for us and some of us are going to try and schedule some afternoon dives. I’ve really enjoyed diving with several from Divebuddy. Perhaps we’ll get the opportunity to share a dive someday..... Until then...wishing you lots of safe, fun diving. Maria
