learned to dive in Boracay in the Philippines 2002, PADI OW. PADI AOW in 2002 in Pearl Lake Illinois. Have ben diving with my wife for the past few years in Haigh Quarry in Illinois. We have also bee back to the Philippines in 2005 and 2008. Puerto Galera and Dumagete 2005, and Mactan Is. and Palglao Is. 2008. All great diving and the $ is low $22/dive some places $18/night.
